A Contemporary Artistic Practice Rooted in Popular Culture and Jewish Identity
Since 2020, Claude Moshe Kemoun has exhibited his work in both solo and group exhibitions across Israel. Through painting, ballpoint pen drawings, and a visual language inspired by popular culture, he explores themes of faith, identity, society, and spirituality in the contemporary world.
His works offer multiple layers of interpretation: an immediate, often playful visual experience, followed by a deeper reflection on the human condition, tradition, and the evolving challenges of modern life.
